AI system interfaces are becoming more engaging. Exag?gerated expectations for AI agents and AI colleagues are swirl?ing, as are attendant discussions of how to control them. With all the focus on rapidly evolving AI capabilities, it’s easy to lose sight of where the burden for responsible innovation lies, as well as what (or who) the subject of governance is.
