It looks like HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. can\u2019t squeeze in a hearing this Thursday<\/a> before the Senate health committee, Daniel Payne and I write. The delay would spare Kennedy from having to answer questions about massive HHS layoffs until after Congress\u2019 two-week-long spring recess.<\/p>\n
