Security operations company Arctic Wolf<\/a> has launched a new solution that combines incident readiness with incident response coverage.<\/p>\n

The company claims that Incident360 Retainer enables organisations to respond with confidence and speed to major security incidents with SLAs as fast as one hour.<\/p>\n

The solution features a centralised interface to initiate emergency incident response engagements, manage readiness activities, and create or update an incident response plan. It is also capable of producing cyber resilience assessments against frameworks such as NIST CSF 1.1\/2.0 and CIS Critical Controls v8.<\/p>\n

In case of a security issue, the platform includes incident-specific step-by-step runbooks for high-risk incident types such as ransomware and business email compromise.<\/p>\n

For Arctic Wolf customers on the Incident360 Retainer Plus tier, company\u00a0experts will also guide internal teams through a tailored incident scenario and provide one-on-one sessions to build or review an incident readiness plan and assess cyber resilience assessment results.<\/p>\n
