Reliable communication for people with paralysis is nearing reality. Researchers have now demonstrated<\/a> that a brain-computer interface can reliably translate thoughts into speech, including matching a person\u2019s intended tone and pitch.\u00a0<\/p>\n It is the second study<\/a> in as many months to validate the concept\u2019s safety and initial efficacy.
