The drug was approved in late March to treat Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic disease that causes an insatiable desire to eat. Soleno is also raising $200 million in a follow-on stock sale.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>AbbVie<\/strong> is paying $700 million upfront to <a href=\"https:\/\/news.abbvie.com\/2025-07-10-AbbVie-and-Ichnos-Glenmark-Innovation-IGI-Announce-Exclusive-Global-Licensing-Agreement-for-ISB-2001,-a-First-in-Class-CD38xBCMAxCD3-Trispecific-Antibody\" rel=\"noopener\">acquire licensing rights<\/a> to a \u201ctrispecific antibody\u201d treatment for cancer\u00a0developed by <strong>Ichnos Global Innovation<\/strong>. The drug, called ISB 2001, targets CD38 and BCMA protein receptors on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells.
