The company says this will enable IT professionals of all skill levels to create and act on complete automation workflows that are ready to deploy. The solution can also allow technicians to rapidly automate repetitive tasks, deploy software, and complete maintenance and security remediations to improve service desk efficiency and reduce human error.<\/p>\n<p>Kaseya GM of VSA Edgar Zacharjev said creating workflows with AI can be both easier and more effective.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve seen workflow success rates jump from 86% with traditional methods to over 96% using AI-powered workflows,\u201d he said.\u00a0\u201cThis is intelligent, adaptive execution that understands technician intent and delivers results with precision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Kaseya 365 platform is designed to meet the demands of multifunctional IT professionals by acting as a unified solution to manage infrastructure, secure endpoints, back up critical data and streamline operations.
