CMS Administrator Mehmet Oz said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/newsroom\/press-releases\/white-house-tech-leaders-commit-create-patient-centric-healthcare-ecosystem\">in a press release<\/a> that the agreement signals a coming \u201cparadigm shift in the U.S. healthcare system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/health-tech-ecosystem\/early-adopters\">the biggest names in health care and technology<\/a> agreed to the pledge, including Amazon, Apple, Google, OpenAI, Epic, Microsoft, CVS Health, and UnitedHealth Group.<\/p>\n<p>By signing the pledge, health tech companies promised that they will work collaboratively to deliver results on developing \u201ctrusted, patient-centered and practical data exchange\u201d in the first quarter of 2026.
