Emphasis on the word &#8220;most&#8221;, l don&#8217;t mean all data science projects. Increments of 3% &#8211; 7% are very common for data science projects. I believe it&#8217;s mostly useful for large companies who can benefit from those small increases, but small companies are better of with some very simple &#8220;data science&#8221;.
