<\/p>\nMacquarie Telecom<\/a> has partnered with US-based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions provider Netskope<\/a> to strengthen network, cloud and data security for Australian enterprise customers.<\/p>\n The companies have arranged to integrate Netskope\u2019s Security Service Edge (SSE) platform with Macquarie Telecom\u2019s software-defined wide area network offering with the goal of simplifying the way joint customers secure their use of data, cloud and AI applications.<\/p>\n Netskope\u2019s platform consolidates web, data, cloud and AI security capabilities. The company has also secured Information Security Registered Assessors\u2019 Program (IRAP) certification at the Protected classification level, which allows its use by Australian Government and critical industry customers.<\/p>\n Macquarie Telecom group executive Luke Clifton said the combined offering will help Australian companies meet the compliance criteria of the Security of Critical Infrastructure legislation and the Australian Signals Directorate\u2019s Essential Eight cybersecurity framework.<\/p>\n \u201cOrganisations big and small are under immense pressure to strengthen their cyber defences while keeping operations simple and manageable,\u201d he said. \u201cBy joining forces with Netskope, we\u2019re giving customers a smarter, more resilient network backed by integrated, enterprise-grade security.<\/p>\n \u201cToo often, securing users, environments and networks comes at the cost of user experience.
