Using the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, the line of services include tools for workforce transformation and organisational change management, as well as training on using AI to perform daily work.<\/p>\n<p>Kyndryl says its workforce transformation and organisational change management experts are tasked with identifying and shaping professional roles for increasingly AI-enabled organisations.
