CPM brings deep expertise in contact-centre operations and a strong Australian-based management team,\u201d he said. \u201cCoupled with our digital infrastructure and AI-enabled service design, it positions Symbos to lead the next wave of customer experience delivery in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are an Australian owned and headquartered, digitally enabled end-to-end CX organisation that designs solutions tailored to each customer\u2019s needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Symbos says it has more than 30 years\u2019 experience serving clients across multiple industries.
