NEW YORK \u2014 Vinay Prasad, the Food and Drug Administration\u2019s top vaccines regulator, blamed \u201cmisleading media narratives\u201d for the escalating criticism of his leadership amid turmoil and plummeting morale at the agency.<\/p>\n
