Plus, a SPAC!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-need-to-know-this-morning\">The need-to-know this morning<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<strong>Agios Pharma<\/strong> said the FDA has delayed a decision on the expanded approval of its drug Pyrukynd to treat thalassemia, an inherited blood disorder.
